Here in Abberley we love our history!
This website is dedicated to sharing the discoveries we have made during the course of two community heritage projects which involved everyone in the village, from the oldest to the youngest.
Abberley Lives focussed on the role of the village WI and the 20th century history of the village and took place during 2012 to 2013.
Medieval Abberley Revealed led us on an archaeological search for the village’s castle and mill and took place between 2014 and 2015.
