Caroline, Jen and Sheena have been looking into the minutes of the various committees that managed the different halls and social gathering spaces in the village to see if they could work out who met where to do what.

From their findings, it would seem that Abberley in the mid to late 20th century has always had an active social life, with plenty of opportunities for villagers of all ages to become involved.  From brownies and cubs to the Over 60s, via cricket, local history, bee-keeping and political debate, there is or has been a club for everyone…
